Direct Mail and New Residents — a Winning Combination
Targeted direct mail is a proven method of getting results. Each month over 4,000 families purchase new homes in the Las Vegas valley. Many of these new residents will need to re-establish local sources for products and services—your products and services. Our “New Residents” lists provide you with an opportunity to contact these new residents and get them as your customers before they chose your competition.
We have divided the greater Las Vegas valley into five zones (see map below) with the remainder of Clark County being grouped into Zone 6. There are a limited number of addresses available and they are offered on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Each name and address will only be given once to each business type.
Each list consists of the names and addresses of 100 families who have purchased houses in the previous two months. They are guaranteed to be accurate, and we provide a 2 for 1 replacement for any that are undeliverable. The lists will be provided in three formats (a CSV file suitable for use as a mail merge source, a WORD document formatted for Avery 5160 labels, and a plain text file) delivered by E-mail or on a CD-ROM.
The cost is only $25 for each list of 100 names and addresses!
